In the month of December, Ingersoll participated in a charity event called ‘Sponsor A Family’, where Martinrea employees sponsored a family and purchased gifts for them for Christmas. The family had four children, and with the generosity of all our employees, Ingersoll was able to purchase everything on each child’s wish list. They also donated a $150 grocery gift cards for their Christmas dinner as well. The gifts were delivered to LifeSpin on December 18 and were given to the family.
“The success of the Sponsor A Family campaign far exceeded our expectations,” said Christine Ranger, Human Resource Manager. “Through the generosity of our Ingersoll employees, it was both heartwarming and humbling to help make a local family’s Christmas amazing.”
