Ruki Bastiansz, from Vaughan’s Corporate Headquarter raised $3,500 to purchase non-perishable food items for the needy in Sri Lanka. With the donations, they were able to purchase dry goods such as rice, lentils, as well as canned goods. The nonperishable food items were distributed to single mothers, those who have lost their jobs, widows, and elderly.
