Lightweight Structures Products
Knuckles/Control Arms/Links
Produced in both steel and aluminum, for front and rear suspensions. Supplied as assemblies with bushings and/or ball joints, or as part of full-suspension modules. Design-responsible or build-to-print.
Subframes Integral/Fabricated
Tailored to suit the vehicle and offered in steel, aluminum or mixed-material. Flexible architecture designs to accommodate multiple body and propulsion system options. Design-responsible or built-to-print.
Complex Assemblies
Includes a wide variety of lightweight advanced materials, forming processes and joining methods enabling mass-optimized solutions for body, chassis and electric vehicle structures. Examples are body sides, body rails, complicated closures, and lift-gates.
Body-in-White
Body structures developed utilizing conventional and advanced material grades and joining methods, both in steel and aluminum. Complete Underbody and Upperbody systems utilizing the latest in lightweight materials.
Exterior Trim
Produced in plastic, steel and aluminum to enhance vehicle styling and aesthetics. Installed on vehicle exteriors, typically around the glass, door cut lines or the roof. Design-responsible or built-to-print.
Trailer Hitch
Complex fabricated steel hitches meeting SAE J684 Class 3 and Class 4 requirements. Designed to suit frame construction and body lines to provide a clean integrated look. Design-responsible or build-to-print.
