With more than 100 years of experience, Martinrea’s certified Rolling Plant in Meschede provides special solutions, small and medium scales, standard, and series products for coil rolling (inclusive bright and pattern surfaces), plate rolling, stamping and forming. We supply a wide range of markets including automotive, furniture, cosmetics, solar and renewable energy.

Casting
- Billet Foundry incl. following processes sawing and milling
Rolling
- Coil rolling on a Duo roller with a maximum width of 1,250 mm
- Sheet rolling hot and cold with a maximum width of 1,500 mm
- Pattern surfaces roller with max. width of 610 mm
Heat treatment
- Four different annealing furnaces
Cutting
- 2 slitting lines
- 2 cut-to-length lines
- 2 plate saws
- 1 surface milling
Stamping
- stamped blanks from coils with max. 990 mm width on high-performance excentre + hydraulically presses
- up to 400 ton stamping forces and mounting space of up to 2,500 x 1,300 mm
- 3 hydraulically and 1 eccentric presses
Quality Control
- Test equipment for checking technological and mechanical values, furthermore tactile and optical measuring systems for surface roughness.
